At Pavlas Goalie Factory, we’re all about passion, hard work, and genuinely caring about helping goalies reach their full potential—on the ice and beyond.

I’m Christian Pavlas, a former professional goaltender from Slovakia who was lucky enough to compete at high levels and represent my country internationally. In 2023, a serious knee injury sidelined my playing career, but it also gave me a new purpose: sharing everything I’ve learned with the next generation of goalies.

Today, I pour the same intensity, discipline, and love for the game into every goalie I work with. Whether it’s technical on-ice sessions (puck tracking, positioning, rebound control, skating, and game-like scenarios) or off-ice training (conditioning, explosive strength, agility, flexibility, core stability, and mental toughness), my goal is simple: to help young goalies become better athletes, stronger competitors, and more confident people.
