7 on-ice sessions, 4 off-ice sessions, nutrition, hydration, jersey & more. Players develop scoring instincts, puck protection, small-area compete habits, and faster decision-making under pressure. Goalies receive elite crease movement training, rebound control habits, game-reading skills, goalie-specific off-ice development, and structured classroom breakdowns to improve decision-making under pressure.
